Chris co-founded ISL in 2010 to support the sustainment of Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicles overseas. He has 20 years of experience working in the Industrial Supply/Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO) industry. Prior to ISL, Chris spent 13 years working for a nationwide industrial distributor. Starting out in a part-time position, he worked his way up into a leadership role, becoming one of the top-performing District Managers. As a District Manager of 12 locations, Chris had the unique experience of managing the supply chain for various products for two of the largest OEM’s of MRAP Vehicles.

As Executive Vice President of Business Development and Partner, Bob oversees sales growth, employee development, and is responsible for the overall health of the company. He is very involved with finance and profitability performance. Bob has over 15 years of experience working in the industrial supplies industry as well as supply chain management. Prior to co-founding ISL, Bob worked for a nationwide industrial distributor where he served as District Sales Manager (South Carolina, Virginia, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic). In addition, Bob has extensive experience in the automobile industry, having worked for Ford Motor Company for nine years.

worldwide.
Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in public sector marketing and sales. Before
joining ISL, Richards led marketing and communications at Mythics, Inc. & Emergent LLC,
Mythics Emergent Group Companies. Richards and his teams helped achieve 14 years of
sustained sales growth and success, helped win many IT resale and IT consulting partners of the
year awards and contributed to being named top government contractors by Washington
Technology and Bloomberg Government. He also held positions at Cisco Systems, UUNET
Technologies, and America Online. Chris graduated with a B.S. from James Madison University.

As Chief Operations Officer, Bayne provides direction to and guidance on operational activities in accordance with company objectives of maximum growth and profitability. He is responsible for the coordination of activities consistent with established objectives, policies, and goals, and the implementation of improved processes aimed to increase both ROI and workflow optimization. Bayne also serves as Quality Manager, ensuring ISL maintains compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. Bayne has over 16 years in the industrial distribution and construction industries. Prior to joining ISL, Bayne worked for a nationwide industrial distributor in numerous sales and operations capacities.

In addition, Jeff serves as the customer relationship manager, to ensure customer contentment, and identifies and nurtures opportunities for business development. Jeff has over 18 years of experience in the industrial supply industry. Prior to joining ISL, he worked as Sales Manager for a nationwide industrial distributor.
